What Happens After We Die

This coming week the question the group will discuss is "What happens after we die?" Why so many Religions can they all be right

The lesson this last week started down a road of division. The lines are being drawn on differences in what they all believe.  The questions that were brought up were "Why so many religions... can they all be right. The way people believe they go to heaven came up and brought on some discussion. We looked at John 14:6 Jesus answered, "I am the way the truth and the life no one comes to the father except through me." 

Mormon Vs Christianity

Cross Culture today was awesome! In the Gospel Journey this week the students debriefed after spending 45 minutes reflecting on what the purpose of life. Rachel was really torn up about what her purpose in life is. Jasser talked about his purpose being works based faith. Emma was hard to understand. At this point the students are distancing themselves from eachother. Zane made it clear that his purpose was to follow after God and tell others about Him. Greg read the end of Song of Songs and how it is about a relationship with God. 

It is exciting to see that the Lord is working in the hearts of these souls. I haven't been watching ahead but I can see that the Lord cares about each of them and that He is calling out to them.
